Pigeon City Privacy Puzzle

Every app in Pigeon City was built by the Flock, and the Flock assumes consent. You are the city's privacy auditor. For each app, keep the one thing it is for working, and cut every data flow it does not need. The pigeons will watch you do it. That is all they ever do. Audit the six core districts to open the mastery path: four harder districts and seven privacy principles to master.
